5. Transmission and Receipt
- An email is considered received by FOLHS only once the mail server log files reflect successful receipt.
- An email is considered sent by FOLHS once the mail server log files reflect successful dispatch.
No employee or representative is authorised to conclude binding agreements on behalf of Fountain of Life Harrismith by email unless explicitly confirmed in writing by authorised leadership.
6. Monitoring and Access
Fountain of Life Harrismith reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to:
- Monitor email communications
- Access, intercept, copy, or block email transmissions
- Delete or archive communications
This is done for security, compliance, and administrative purposes.
7. Supremacy Clause
This Email Disclaimer supersedes and overrides any other email disclaimers received by any individual or entity using the communication systems of Fountain of Life Harrismith.
