The Most Important Week of the Year
He is alive. He is risen. Jesus Christ is glorified by God and given authority over all creation. This is the foundation of everything we now live in.
When Jesus rose, death lost its authority. Sin lost its claim. A new reality was established for everyone who believes. This is not an abstract truth; it is the ground you stand on.
“God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name.” (Philippians 2:9, KJV)
“All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth.” (Matthew 28:18, KJV)
“I am He that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore… and have the keys of hell and of death.” (Revelation 1:18, KJV)
Jesus is risen and enthroned. He holds authority over all creation. He holds the keys.
Nothing stands outside His dominion. There is no part of life where His authority does not reach. This brings clarity and confidence into everyday living.
Because He lives, you live. Because He reigns, you stand secure. Because He holds the keys, no door in your life is locked by darkness anymore.
He is alive. He is risen. And He reigns forever.
Recent Sermons

Over the past few weeks, there has been a clear and steady thread across the teaching. Each message has brought a different angle, yet all have pointed to the same truth—what God has done through Jesus is complete, and it changes how you live.
Piet opened with a focused teaching on the law and the grace of God. This brought clarity to how God relates to us, removing confusion and helping us see the freedom that grace establishes.
John followed with a message on forgiveness. This placed attention on the condition of the heart, calling for a response that releases others and aligns with what has already been given in Christ.
The following Sunday, GF brought a grounded and practical message. The focus was clear: Jesus has saved us from sin into life. This is not partial; it is complete. From that place, there is a call to remain aware, to trust God’s sovereignty, to reject fear, and to live with confidence in His provision.
These messages work together. They bring clarity, alignment, and a steady reminder of what is already true.

Meet the Elders
This week, we begin introducing the people who serve in Fountain of Life Church. In the weeks ahead, you will meet our Elders, Worship Team, Youth leaders, and Deacons. From time to time, we will also share testimonies from members of our church family.
We spoke with Stan and Desley, who have been part of the church since its early days. Their story reflects a life shaped by God’s leading and faithfulness over time.
There is a strong sense of being planted where God has placed them, along with a continued desire to grow in discernment and remain available to what He is doing. Their focus is simple and consistent—keeping attention on what draws the heart closer to Jesus.
There is also a clear joy in serving, along with a steady hunger to grow in the fullness of life that God gives. This includes spiritual depth, love, and an increasing awareness of His presence in everyday life.
Their story carries both stability and growth. It reflects what it looks like to remain faithful over time while continuing to move forward.
You can watch their full stories and hear more on our website. Visit the site to view the full videos and testimonies.

What Is Coming Next — Read to Hear God Speak
John will be hosting a free workshop titled “Read to Hear God Speak.” This workshop builds on what has already been shared and takes it into a practical, lived experience.
📅 10, 17 & 24 May 🕕 18:00
There may also be additional Sunday sessions, so stay connected for updates.
The workshop is structured across three weeks, moving from foundation to framework to activation. Each week builds intentionally, creating clarity and confidence in how to engage with Scripture.

Week 1 — Why We Read & Who We’re Meeting
This session resets how Scripture is approached. It brings a shift in reading with awareness that God is revealing Himself through His Word.
There is a clear focus on encounter. Scripture is no longer approached as information alone. The role of the Holy Spirit as Teacher becomes central, and expectation begins to align with truth.
By the end of the session, there is renewed desire, openness, and a settled confidence that God speaks.
Week 2 — How to Read & The Lenses You Wear
This session brings structure and clarity. It introduces a simple and repeatable way to engage Scripture while addressing the lenses that shape understanding.
Attention is given to how beliefs and assumptions influence what is heard. There is also a clear anchor in God’s nature, providing stability in interpretation.
Practical tools are introduced and worked through together, allowing for both understanding and application.
By the end of the session, there is clarity and confidence in how to approach Scripture consistently.
Week 3 — Engaging Imagination & Hearing God Personally
This session brings everything into lived experience. Scripture becomes personal and active as people learn to slow down, notice, and respond.
There is a strong focus on engaging with Scripture in a way that allows it to come alive. The Holy Spirit makes what is written present and personal.
A guided activation creates space for direct engagement, where individuals begin to recognise how God speaks in alignment with His Word.
By the end of the session, there is confidence in hearing God and a rhythm that can be sustained daily.
Final Encouragement
1 Peter 3 calls for a life that reflects who you belong to.
In relationships, walk in honour and understanding. In conflict, respond with blessing. In pressure, stand firm without fear. In witness, speak with clarity and humility.
Fix your eyes on Jesus.
He suffered. He overcame. He reigns.
